I listened and I heard music in a word...

I've been listening to massive amounts of music over the last 4 months or so. My favorite song of the moment is Stuck on You by Jim Byrnes. Not my usual type of music, but Jim is amazing.

SwapaCD.com is definitely my friend. I'd never be able to afford all the music I buy without that site. Half-Price Books is another great place, I just found the LP versions of Roger Daltrey's One of the Boys and the movie soundtrack for Tommy. I am very giddy that I have them on Vinyl now. :D (I already had the Tommy album on LP as well as Who are You and It's hard)

The lyrics for Stuck on You:

Been three days, maybe a week
Rain falling down in big black sheets
It's been a while since I've seen your face
Everything seems so out of place

Something borrowed something blue
Is that what my heart means to you?
Can't be friends, there's no other
Won't be satisfied till we're lovers
And I'm still stuck on you
Can't find the strength to put you in my past
Still Stuck on you
Don't need a reason to bring you back
in my arms again
You've got a back door personality
Around the back is where the lion sleeps
Knock on you front door,
you're mild and you're meek
Run around the back you just won't let me be
Can't we be friends, there's no other
Won't be satisified till we're lovers
And I'm still stuck on you
can't find the strengthto put you in my past
still stuck on you
Don't need a reason to bring you back
in my arms again

I can't go on, pretending it's right
And knowing it's wrong

Can't be friends, there's no other
Won't be satisfied till we're lovers
And I'm still stuck on you
Can't find the strength to put you in my past
Still Stuck on you
Don't need a reason to bring you back
